Sheila Fanning
About Sheila
Sheila was born and raised on her family farm just outside Eskridge, Kansas. After school, Sheila married her high school sweetheart and raised her two boys. Outside of work, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family and walking their dog, Buddy. She is also a huge K-State Wildcat fan and enjoys rubbing in the victories K-State has over Brett and Kristen’s Jayhawks. Sheila also enjoys cheering on the Chiefs and being involved in her church community at Westside Family Church.
Experience
Sheila has over 30 years of clerical support and paralegal experience. She spent time in the District Attorney’s Office in Fort Morgan, Colorado, in the Public Defender’s Office in Sioux City, Iowa, and in the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office where she met and worked with Kristen Shelley-Chapin. Sheila joined the Chapin Law Firm, LLC in 2007. Since then she has become very familiar with the many aspects of tax, bankruptcy and estate planning. Sheila also handles the day to day contact with our clients.
